Terms
The terms for using this site and getting texts from us.
Effective October 6, 2026
These cover build.scalehomes.co and the text messages we send. Using the site, or agreeing to texts on one of our forms, means you accept them.
Text messages
Program. Scale Homes texts you about your project: design consultations, quotes, links to your designs, and appointment coordination.
How you join. By submitting a request on one of our forms that shows the calls-and-texts notice next to the submit button.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also get help at service@scalehomes.co or (469) 210-8283.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
How we handle your number and your consent is in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Calls
Agreeing on our forms also covers calls about your project, including calls placed by automated means. If we record a call, we tell you at the start of it.
Prices and quotes
Prices, lead times and product details on this site are a guide. What you pay is set by a written quote or contract, and that document governs the work, not this site.
What you send us
We use the photos, drawings and measurements you send to plan and price your project. We won't publish photos you send us without asking you first.
Site content
The photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to Scale Homes or are used with permission. Please ask before copying them for commercial use.
The site itself
We try to keep the site accurate and working, but it's provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it. None of this limits what a signed contract with us says.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
